Our missionary appointment system helps coordinate meals and visits throughout the week. Ward members can sign up to provide dinner appointments or schedule teaching visits with the missionaries serving in our area.
- Meal Appointments. Sign up to provide dinner for the missionaries at 4:00 PM. These 60-minute appointments include time for a meal and spiritual message.
- Teaching Visits. Schedule 20-minute visits for the missionaries to share a lesson with your family or friends interested in learning more.
- Special Notes. Important dietary restrictions or allergies are clearly marked on appointments to help you prepare appropriately.
Each week follows a consistent schedule with appointments available Sunday through Saturday (no appointments on Monday). You'll receive email confirmation and can add appointments directly to your calendar.
How the signup process works
Simply choose an available week, select the appointment time that works best for you, and provide your contact information. You'll immediately receive a confirmation email with all the details and can download a calendar reminder. The appointment will be marked as taken, preventing double-bookings.
